Agreement
These terms cover your use of Kinmo: the desktop app, its servers and the worlds you play in. By agreeing, or by using Kinmo, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Kinmo.
Your account
Sign in with an account you control and keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens through your account and its devices. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Your work and your coding tools
Your code, prompts and conversations stay yours. Kinmo watches the coding tools you connect only on computers where you allow it, and you remain bound by those tools’ own terms. Sessions started in Kinmo with New session or Fork chat approve every tool call automatically, so start them only in folders you trust. You are responsible for what your agents do.
Worlds and other players
Players in a world see your character, your pets at work and anything you choose to share. World owners and admins manage who belongs to their world. Be respectful: no harassment, hate, illegal content or content you have no right to share.
Coins, Stardust and items
Coins, Stardust, pets, looks and decorations exist only inside Kinmo. They have no money value and cannot be bought, sold, traded for money or redeemed. We may correct balances changed by bugs, exploits or abuse.
Plans and payments
Your first world is free. Other worlds need a monthly plan, billed through Stripe at the price shown when you choose it. Plans renew until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.
Fair play
Do not break or overload Kinmo, get around its limits, reach data that is not yours, automate play to farm rewards, or copy or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
Ending
You can stop using Kinmo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put Kinmo or its players at risk.
Changes and warranty
Kinmo is in active development: features may change, pause or end. It is provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or lost-data damages. We will tell you in the app before material changes to these terms take effect.
